Before You Begin
Thank you for choosing Jackrabbit to help bring your restaurant onto the ezCater platform! Please take a moment to review the information below before completing the form.

Once you submit the form, we’ll begin the onboarding process with ezCater on your behalf. After your restaurant’s setup is complete, you will become the account owner with full authority to manage and make changes to your ezCater profile. You will be paid directly by ezCater, and Jackrabbit will not have the ability to make any changes to your account without your explicit, written consent.

Jackrabbit will retain portal access strictly to maintain delivery system integration and ensure smooth operations. We are also happy to assist you with any questions or support you may need — but the account and its settings remain fully under your control.

I hereby authorize ezCater, Inc. to initiate automatic deposits to my account. Further, I agree not to hold ezCater, Inc. responsible for any delay or loss of funds due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied me or by my financial institution, or due to an error on the part of my financial institution in depositing funds to my account. This agreement will remain in effect until ezCater, Inc. receives a notice of cancellation from me or my financial institution, or until I submit a new direct deposit agreement.
